New Fitness Goals

Happy Wednesday Everyone!!!!!

Today’s blog post I’m going to be sharing my fitness goals. For the past two years I'll start and  stop my fitness journey and eat whatever I please. Two months ago I started being consistent with my workouts and eating more clean.


I made the decision to be more consistent because I started having low confidence in myself. It all begin when I couldn't fit into most of my clothes, I didn't even want to go places because I didn't feel pretty. Also, people started noticing me gaining weight and making comments saying; "GIRL YOU'VE GAINED WEIGHT". That motivated me in a way to the point I started working out 3 days a week, meal prepping, mainly eating fruits and veggies, and drinking lots of water daily. Here I am two months later and I've lost 10 pounds looking and feeling better.
